The Role:

  • Reporting to the Boutique Manager and part of a team of 7
  • Be the
    driving force behind boutique sales
    , delivering a five-star styling experience to HNW & UHNW clients.
  • Grow your client book
    through networking, events, and exceptional clientelling.
  • Close sales confidently
    and exceed targets with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach.
  • Bring the brand to life through stunning
    visual merchandising
    and in-store presentation.
  • Maintain accurate client records and follow-ups via the
    CRM system
    to build lasting relationships.
  • Collaborate with your boutique team to create a seamless, luxury experience every time.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years in luxury fashion
    as a Senior Stylist or Senior Sales Consultant.
  • A proven
    track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets
    .
  • Your own HNW client book and the drive to keep growing it.
  • A
    passion for fashion
    , with your finger on the pulse of trends and editorials.
  • A confident, articulate communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, target-focused environment.
  • Flexible, approachable, and a natural team player.

Additional to the basic salary:
£35K–£42K

  • 2–3% commission on sales + monthly performance bonus
  • Generous clothing allowance +
    50–75% staff discount
