Job Summary

We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Project Manager to join our Managed Services team, supporting the successful delivery of projects initiated by our live Oracle Cloud customers. You'll be managing multiple, moderate-scale projects—often running concurrently—within an agile delivery environment.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
  • Define and agree project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Contribute to bid proposals and the creation of Statements of Work (SoWs)
  • Develop and maintain project and transition plans (functional and technical)
  • Establish and manage project governance structures
  • Coordinate project teams and support effective people management
  • Ensure delivery of quality, efficient solutions that meet customer requirements
  • Manage and mitigate risks and issues, escalating when appropriate
  • Maintain strong stakeholder communication and engagement throughout project lifecycles
  • Provide weekly status updates, maintaining accurate budget tracking and forecasting
  • Oversee third-party supplier management where required
  • Complete administrative tasks aligned with project management responsibilities, these will include invoicing, budget management and resourcing management.

Qualifications / certifications:

  • PRINCE2/APM/CSM

Requirements:

  • Remote/hybrid working location, but depending on where you live, you will have a base location at our head office in Langstone, Wales or at our satellite office in Guildford, Surrey
  • Travel will be required to our offices and client sites as the project requires
  • Standard Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) including Disclosure Barring Scotland (DBS) is a minimum requirement for all roles. Security Clearance (SC) may also be required
