E-commerce Parts

Monster Group is growing fast, and our spare parts division is central to our continued success.

We're looking for an E-commerce Parts & Commercial Sales Manager to take ownership of the commercial performance of our spare parts function - combining analytical insight with creative sales thinking to unlock growth.

In this role, you'll forecast demand, shape sales strategy, and identify new commercial opportunities across our e-commerce channels, ensuring our parts operation is both profitable and efficient.

What you'll do:

• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Supply Chain teams to anticipate and meet parts demand.
• Liaise with suppliers about ordering parts to fulfil forecasted demand.
• List spare parts on websites and sales channels, including photographing and uploading accurate product details.
• Ensure website and system stock levels reconcile with physical stock.
• Handle escalated customer queries, using your technical knowledge to identify the right parts.
• Drive sales opportunities by improving listings and identifying commercial growth areas.
• Oversee the spare parts function including managing the team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Control spare parts inventory to ensure stock levels are always accurate.
• Carry out people management responsibilities, including one-to-ones and team development.

What you'll bring:

• Commercial awareness and an eye for opportunities.
• Proven stock forecasting experience to ensure the right parts are in the right place, at the right time, and in the right quantities.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Strong people management ability, with experience in one-to-ones and team development.
• Technical knowledge with the ability to identify product parts accurately.
• Experience in stock control and inventory management.
• Proactive, problem-solving approach with continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Working Pattern and location:

The role is full time - starting between 8.00am and 9.30am, and finish between 4.00pm and 5.30pm (37.5 hours per week with 30 minutes or 1 hour for lunch). You'll be based mainly at our Head Office just outside York, with regular visits (typically 1–2 days per week) to our Scunthorpe warehouse.
