Branch Manager Valuer – Ambleside - OTE £50k - £60k plus

What you'll be doing


• You will play a pivotal role in valuing and listing, premium properties in Kendal and across the Lake District


• Your responsibilities will include booking viewings, valuations, mortgage appointments


• Carry out the full valuation and listing process


• Providing the highest level of customer service to all clients


• To excel in this role, you'll need to be confident in speaking with premium property owners and understanding of the residential property market in the Lake District

What you will have


• Experienced Branch Manager or Sales Manager Valuer


• Currently valuing and listing properties over £1 million


• Ability to communicate with high profile clients and meet their high expectations


• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner


• Must have a full UK driving license
