Location: Hybrid working across London

Salary: £100,000 - £130,000 + Bonus & Comprehensive Package

The Opportunity

They're looking for an experienced and driven Senior Design Manager with a strong electrical bias to lead the design efforts for their next generation of data centres. You'll be instrumental in delivering complex, large-scale projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and sustainability.

This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work from home while regularly collaborating with their talented teams across London.


What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Senior Design Manager (or similar) within the data centre or mission-critical sectors. Your electrical expertise in these environments is paramount.
  • A deep understanding of electrical infrastructure within data centres, including power distribution, UPS systems, generators, and associated control systems.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading and managing design teams, both internal and external consultants.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver complex designs on time and within budget.
  • A passion for sustainability and a track record of implementing energy-efficient and environmentally conscious design solutions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant electrical engineering qualifications.
