Trainee or Skilled Casemaker – Nightshift Woodworking Role (Full-Time)

If you have a valid forklift Licence let us know as this would command an initial premium

Location: Hayes

Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM (40 hours/week)

Pay: £13.00 – £14.50 per hour (£27,000 – £30,160 per annum)

Overtime paid at 1.5x | Immediate Start Available

We're hiring motivated individuals to join our skilled Workshop Casemaking Team in Hayes. Whether you're already experienced or just have a passion for hands-on work and a strong interest in woodworking, we want to hear from you.

This is an exciting opportunity to build custom-made wooden cases used in industries such as logistics, fine art, and interior design. If you bring the right attitude, we'll provide full training to turn your basic skills into a skilled career.

What You'll Do:

  • Build a wide range of custom timber cases from specifications
  • Operate wood-cutting machines and use hand/power tools
  • Read job instructions and assemble cases accurately to order
  • Lift, move, and work with timber throughout your shift
  • Maintain a clean, safe working environment

What We're Looking For:

  • A genuine interest in woodworking, carpentry, builders or DIY enthusiast
  • Hands-on ability and confidence with basic tools
  • Physically fit – this is a manual role involving heavy timber
  • Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn
  • Respect for health & safety and teamwork

What You'll Get:
