RGIS is a global organisation and the market leader in inventory solutions. We provide inventory and stocktaking services to a wide range of retail customers including Sainsbury’s, Morrisons, Home Bargains, Superdrug and Savers. We operate nationally with local teams covering the whole of the UK.

**The Role**

We are looking to recruit a proactive, positive person with experience in recruitment to lead our local recruitment of stock takers. In addition, the role will include providing ongoing training to our employees, so any training experience will be beneficial. This role includes working with different teams, in various locations and with varied shift patterns so an enjoyment of working flexibly is a must. 2 shifts per week will involve night shift work providing coaching and training to new recruits.

**Key Accountabilities**
- To manage the recruitment and selection process within a district for all hourly employees
- Managing all recruitment and training administration and relevant paperwork ensuring compliance with current legislation
- Delivery of induction programmes to new employees
- Delivery of relevant training programmes to support continuous development of employees

**Essential skills and experience**
- Previous experience as in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders including senior managers
- An excellent communicator with stakeholders of all levels
- A flexible approach to the work environment including the ability to work a variety of shifts and locations
- Full UK driving licence
