What You'll Do:

  • Lead with confidence – mentor, guide, and elevate your team
  • Develop and deliver personalised care plans that genuinely change lives
  • Support the emotional and physical wellbeing of children in your care
  • Manage distress behaviours using trauma-informed, compassionate practice
  • Work collaboratively with external professionals to deliver holistic support
  • Maintain clear, accurate records to champion each child's journey

What You Bring:

  • Level 3/4 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent
  • Strong, proven experience in residential childcare – you know the sector, the demands, and the rewards
  • A full UK driving licence (essential)
