Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure full compliance with PSV, DVSA and safeguarding requirements

  • Manage fleet maintenance and GPS-enabled tracking systems

  • Coordinate with councils, schools, and care providers

  • Implement digital solutions to monitor driver schedules and route efficiency

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence) – mandatory

  • Experience in transport/logistics

  • Strong compliance management and leadership skills

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of digital compliance systems or back-end reporting

  • Familiarity with SEN sector operations

Job Type: Full-time
