Customer Service Agent in Bristol

Working as a Customer Service Agent you will ensure all inbound customer calls are managed correctly and requirements are processed right first time.

What You'll Do

  • Respond and take ownership of our customers' orders and to deliver inspirational customer service.
  • Answer customer enquiries relating to our products and services, in a way that reinforces the benefits of being a customer of Etex Building Performance.
  • Undertake additional, customer related activities as reasonably requested by your Manager.
  • Be the key contact for customers and external sales team by proactively managing all aspects of the customer ordering process end to end.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous experience working in a busy customer service environment (preferably within a construction / manufacturing environment).
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy when undertaking order processing.
  • Professional telephone manner plus ability to build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C or above.
  • Ability to use Microsoft & Excel – Basic level.
