Job Overview
We are looking for a full-time Teaching Assistant to join our Key Stage 1 team, starting at the earliest possible point. The successful candidate will be an outstanding and enthusiastic practitioner committed to delivering high quality provision for all children.

Bucks Pay Range 2/3 : £25,625 - £30,174 FTE
(exact pay scale to be negotiated / experience dependant)
Responsibilities
- Support whole class learning and to work with individual pupils or groups of pupils
- Support learning and share in the care and wellbeing of pupils throughout the school
- Provide support for pupils inside and outside the classroom, to enhance their learning and accelerate their progress
- Provide timely and comprehensive feedback on pupil progress and the impact of interventions
- Support the emotional, social, behavioural and pastoral needs of pupils under the direction and guidance of the Class Teachers, assisting with any specific behaviour management strategies
- Assist with general classroom management and the organisation of resources and equipment
Essential Skills
- Experience of working within primary education
- A good basic standard of education in English and Mathematics
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well within a team
- A friendly, positive manner
- High levels of attendance and punctuality
Desired Skills
- Understanding of the National Curriculum and assessment
- Experience of delivering intervention and support to individual children
- First Aid training
