Join Our Team as a Logistics Operative

Wilson James proudly supports construction and retail projects across Heathrow Airport, and we're looking for dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in the smooth running of our operations — from loading and unloading delivery vehicles, managing stock, and maintaining warehouse standards, to searching, screening, and escorting vehicles safely and compliantly to designated control posts.

You'll also support the delivery and collection of retail materials across all Heathrow terminals, ensuring efficiency and service excellence in line with commercial requirements.

About the Role:

As a Logistics Operative you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the distribution of retail fit out materials to various retail locations across Heathrow and Gatwick Airport.
• Delivering empty bins and collecting full bins and waste pallets, in support of our waste away service
• Read and Learn our site RAMS to ensure processes are followed working in a safety manner and creating a safe working environment.
• Control access and egress to the search and screening facility.
• Physical search of pallets/ crates/ boxes removed from the vehicle load area, loading/ unloading of x-ray equipmen

What we are looking for:

• Ability to meet all vetting requirements to include CTC
• GSO Level 1, DNXCT qualified
• Full Driving Licence
• Airside Pass (will be vetted to obtain one)
• Airside Driving Licence / Escort Driver qualified (willing to train to that level and pass associated exams)
