Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Helpdesk Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our processes. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyse data effectively and a background in customer service
Salary
£23,000 Per Year
Working
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm ( 1hour unpaid lunch)
Contracted hours
35 hours per week
Duties
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in our systems.
- Handle incoming & outbound phone calls & emails with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients, ensuring clarity and understanding
- Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
