**Operations Coordinator,** **SOCOTEC,** **Warrington**

To support our ambitious growth plans, we have a great opportunity to join our Infrastructure division. SOCOTEC is the UK’s largest independent construction materials testing division, delivering seven million tests a year to more than 5,000 clients either in our laboratories or on-site. SOCOTEC offers the widest range of testing, inspection and certification services in the UK. Our sampling and testing methods are based upon current British and European standards and are accredited by UKAS.

We’re looking for an outgoing and talented coordinator to build excellent working relationships with customers and field-based technicians at our facility in Warrington
- Answer calls promptly and professionally
- General admin as directed by the Operations Manager
- Allocate resource and equipment to each job, ensuring correct skill sets are considered
- Provide clear and comprehensive information to technicians

- High level IT skills in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills when dealing with clients or other team members
- Being self driven and able to manage your own workload Experience of materials testing or construction industry would be advantageous
