The Senior HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving the UK people strategy. This role is responsible for partnering with leaders and employees to align business goals with HR practices, ensuring accountability, high performance, and organisational success across the UK operations.

You will be the go-to expert for all UK HR matters, managing complex employee relations cases, leading benefits administration, and supporting the full employee lifecycle. Operating in a fast-paced, commercial environment, you'll bring a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:


• Act as a trusted advisor to managers, aligning HR strategy with business goals and supporting organisational growth.


• Own and continuously improve UK HR processes, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
• Deliver full HR generalist support across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding.


• Administer and manage UK benefits


• Support performance management processes, ensuring fairness and alignment with driving a high performance culture


• Lead and manage complex employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinaries, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and sensitive sickness cases.


• Partner with managers to build leadership capability and drive team performance.


• Collaborate with global HR colleagues to ensure consistency in employee experience and policy application.


• Use data and analytics to inform decisions, track HR metrics, and support strategic initiatives.


• Contribute to employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.


• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and ensure compliance across all HR practices.


• Support ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as needed in a scaling, fast-moving environment.


• Direct line Management of 1 HRBP

Skills & Experience:


• Proven experience of HR business partnering, with a strong track record in managing complex ER cases and generalist HR activities.


• Experience in fast-paced industries such as Fintech, SaaS, or other high-growth environments.


• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.


• Commercial mindset with the ability to align HR strategy to business needs.


• Analytical skills and data fluency


• Experience with benefits administration and HR systems


• Demonstrate resilience and clarity in grey areas where rules aren't always defined
