About The Role

As a Partner Management Co-Ordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and administrating the Partner Management processes from sourcing of skilled partners companies, people and materials. You will work with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, Logistics, HR, Commercial and Sales, to ensure that the Partner Management function is running effectively and efficiently.

The Partner Management Co-Ordinator will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure all Indigo service offerings are suitably qualified, and compliant to International, national and local regulations, to cover the requirements of Project, Managed services, Subsea and NOC requirements worldwide.

The Partner Management Co-Ordinator will prioritise the real time upkeep of the register of partners with a focus on streamlining our resources across the globe via increased automation and efficiency of process, systems. Which, in turn will provide information to the Indigo team on partners, pricing and partner governance.

  • Experience of partner management or supply chain on an international scale.
  • A desire to learn, evolve and improve.
  • Must be flexible and adjustable.
  • Able to build strong relationships with customer and with other colleagues.
  • Must be comfortable multitasking and able to prioritise workload.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across multiple departments and with external partners
  • Proficient in multiple computer systems and tools
