What you'll be doing…
As a Vending Operations Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end operations of the vending machine network, ensuring smooth service delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will manage teams, coordinate maintenance and restocking schedules, and work closely with suppliers and clients to optimise vending services.
- Manage daily operations of vending machine routes including installation, maintenance, and restocking
- Lead and supervise vending operations staff and technicians to ensure high service standards
- Monitor machine performance, sales data, and inventory levels to maximise uptime and profitability
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely supply of products and parts
- Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Handle customer service issues and resolve operational challenges promptly
- Plan and manage budgets related to vending operations, including equipment and inventory costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations across all vending sites
- Analyse operational metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support business growth opportunities
Working pattern: Monday - Friday /

- Experience in vending operations, route management, or field service management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational and logistical abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage budgets and control operational costs
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to vending operations
- Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
