**Join our team**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized **Field-Based Vending Administrator** to join our team.

You will manage key administrative tasks including invoice processing, logging maintenance service calls, updating asset management, and handling customer and supplier queries. You will provide general support to the vending division and assist the National Sales Manager with quotations, order processing, and coordinating installations. Additionally, you will handle ad-hoc tasks such as reporting faults and processing purchase orders for non-vending services.

**What you'll be doing...**
In this role, you will provide crucial support to various departments, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

- Invoice Processing: Handle the internal and external processing of invoices.
- Maintenance Call Logging: Record and log maintenance service calls from multiple sites.
- Asset Management: Regularly update and maintain the Asset Management system.
- Customer & Supplier Queries: Manage inquiries from both customers and suppliers.
- Administrative Support: Provide general admin support for the vending division.
- Sales Support: Assist the National Sales Manager by preparing quotations, processing orders, and coordinating installations and removals.
- Non-Vending Requests: Raise and manage ad-hoc service calls, report faults, process annual maintenance and PSSR invoices, and raise Purchase Orders.

**Working Pattern**:Mon-Fri (4hours per day)

The job is national coverage but working from home, occasionally meeting in an Elior office.
