We're delighted to be partnered with a Private Equity Backed services and products business that is about to embark on a highly ambitious M&A drive across the UK and Europe. They plan 3-5 acquisitions a year and, on the back of a platform investment, hope to build a leading group in their field.

We're looking for a Head of Corporate Development to lead the M&A initiative in originating, valuing, negotiating and executing these transactions. This role will work closely with both the C-suite, most notably the CEO and CFO, as well as the Partners and Investment Directors within the fund that sit on the board.

The right candidate will have started their career in Investment Banking or M&A Advisory (TS, Corp Finance or Deal Strategy), and have proven experience of executing successful M&A Buy and Build strategy within the last 5 years in an 'in-house' capacity. You will have sector experience of M&A transactions with business providing B2B products or services, with EV's in the £5-£25m range.
