Head of Operations and Digital
Eames is currently working with an exciting insurance scale up on the appointment of a Head of Operations and Digital. This is a hands-on role to lead and modernise our client's business operations, focused on driving efficiency, implementing insurance systems, and leading the digital transformation agenda.

The ideal candidate will bring experience in insurance operations alongside a strong understanding of digitalisation and process improvement. You'll be confident engaging with technology teams, able to challenge and influence effectively, and pragmatic in delivering solutions that work in a lean, fast-moving environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the general operations function
  • Drive digitalisation of processes and workflows
  • Implement and optimise insurance systems
  • Act as the bridge between operations, technology, and business leadership
  • Deliver hands-on solutions, not just oversight

You'll need:

  • Strong background in insurance operations.
  • Experience leading transformation/digitalisation projects.
  • Ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with confidence to challenge.
