Role Overview

To strengthen our capabilities, we are seeking an experienced
SAP Data Architect
who is passionate about data and able to influence both technical and business stakeholders. This role involves working closely with architects, data specialists, and senior technology leaders across major transformation programmes.

What You'll Do

Champion awareness, understanding, and adoption of data-centric approaches across internal teams and client organisations.

Work directly with enterprise architects, data leaders, and technology executives to explain the role of data in modern architectures and operating models.

Lead and resolve key design decisions related to data architecture, data migration, data quality, and data solutions.

Support the management of multiple client engagements, collaborating with senior leadership and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Develop strategies to help clients address complex technical and data-related challenges.

Manage and guide project teams, assess risks, ensure strong delivery outcomes, and challenge outputs where necessary.

Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and supporting pre-sales activities.

Shape and deliver programmes that meet client expectations and uphold our internal standards of excellence.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Deep expertise in SAP data domains, with the ability to act as a thought leader and advocate for data excellence.

Strong experience engaging and influencing Enterprise Architects, CDOs, CIOs, and other senior stakeholders.

Extensive hands-on knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, with the ability to articulate the value of master data, data quality, migration, and governance.

Familiarity with SAP and non-SAP data technologies, as well as an understanding of SAP best practices and the evolving SAP roadmap.

Background in a consulting environment is advantageous, though excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills are essential.

Experience in pre-sales or solution-shaping activities

The SAP Data Lead must be ready and willing to work on a hybrid model with travel required up to approximately 50% of the time (depending on project demands and candidates must hold full working rights of either British Citizenship, ILR, or Settled Status as unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
