We are on the lookout for a Centre Manager to join our team

The role:

Reporting to the People & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient management and leadership of the team working with our existing policies and procedures. You will be the first point of contact for providing support to the team members as well as ensuring we deliver 5* customer service experience to patients.

A positive team culture is vitally important to our success. You will be passionate and driven to ensure the team culture is positive and in line with our vision, values and behaviours.

Your experience:

You will have excellent people and operational management experience with excellent leadership skills as well as being motivated and driven to succeed. You will have excellent communication, IT and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise whilst managing reactive business needs.
