Join our team and grow your skills in a dynamic, hands-on role

We're looking for a Plant Operator with a primary focus on weighbridge operations, but with the ambition to learn plant operation, mobile plant handling, and basic maintenance duties.

What You'll Do

Weighbridge Operations

  • Operate the weighbridge and manage ticketing for incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Handle IT-based administration and paperwork for weighbridge office operations.
  • Coordinate transport with the distribution team and hauliers.

Administration

  • Use IT systems (SAP, Excel, Word) for day-to-day tasks.
  • Support other admin duties as required by site management.

Mobile Plant Operations

  • Operate loading shovels and telehandlers (training and licensing provided if needed).

Maintenance Support

  • Assist with process plant maintenance as required.

  • Working knowledge of IT systems (training provided where needed).
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Flexibility to support both office and plant operations.
