What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in a training role or strong operational knowledge of meat processing.
- High digital literacy and strong computer skills for record-keeping and compliance reporting.
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a passion for developing people.
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
- Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced production environment.
Why Join Us?

- Contribute to a vertically integrated beef business committed to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Play a hands-on role in developing a skilled, competent workforce and making a real impact across the plant.
- Enjoy a stable, full-time position with opportunities to develop your skills and career.
- Work in an environment that values your contribution and encourages continuous learning.
If you're ready to take the next step in your training and HR career, we'd love to hear from you.
