Job Description

The Studio Manager will be the face of our Spotlight Studios in the UK and be responsible for booking inquiries via email, phone, and in person while handling the logistics to ensure our studios are running optimally. They will provide exceptional customer services to generate new and retain existing business for Spotlight Studios.

Responsibilities

  • Handle, convert and book hire inquires received by phone/email/face to face
  • Act as a personal point of contact for customers and check on customer satisfaction
  • Gather in advance all necessary information and material from clients to prepare for studios sessions
  • Contribute to the continued development and improvement of the Spotlight Studios
  • Adhere to the company's health & safety procedures at all times
  • Ensure the studios are set for bookings
  • Support and cover the front of house duties as necessary
  • Manage the Front of House Assistant
  • Organise freelance camera operators and other freelance staff as and when required
  • Coordinate paid for talent sessions (eg Monologues, Actor of Tape) as appropriate
  • Maintain the accuracy of the Studios booking system and ensure that client invoice details are accurate and available to Finance for billing

Qualifications

  • Past experience coming from the entertaining industry (desirable)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident use of IT systems
  • Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with knowledge and application of best practice customer services behaviors
  • Knowledge of casting practices and requirements (desirable)
  • Line management experience
