In our HR Internship, you'll be part of the team that manages and makes an impact on the entire employee lifecycle, aligning workforce capabilities with business goals while fostering a diverse, inclusive, high-performing culture. 8 weeks. A career-defining start 
Across your 8 week internship, you could work in teams that focus on:

• Tech & Data in People - where HR meets technology. Analyse and use workforce data to help leaders make future focussed and smart decisions.
• HR Partnering - with a seat at the table with business leaders, shaping people plans that get results.
• Colleague Experience & Design - redesigning the colleague journey so it's smooth, supportive and inspiring.
• Reward - deciding how we celebrate and thank our people for the big (and small) wins.
• Product Implementation & Change - helping the business evolve and making change stick.

The placement is a CV-booster, a skills-builder, and a chance to make an impact.

What you need to apply

• Be in your penultimate year at university.
• While we do not require a set projected minimum degree achievement, we strongly recommend the ability to be able to demonstrate sound knowledge, understanding and technical skills aligned to the role. Some aspects of this, alongside behaviours and values, will be assessed through the application process
• We cannot sponsor visas.

Locations 
This is internship is based in Leeds, Bristol and Edinburgh. With our hybrid working policy, all colleagues are expected to spend a minimum of two days each week in the office.
