Red Bull UK is currently recruiting for an Sales (On Premise) Apprentice to be based in London, UK.
As an On Premise Insights Apprentice and Chartered Management Degree Apprentice (CMDA), you'll engage in a dynamic blend of academic learning and practical application. Your week will be divided between dedicated study for your degree, and actively applying your evolving skills and knowledge within the workplace.
Alongside the course, you will create commercially oriented insight solutions to influence On Premise business strategy. Delivering impactful actionable insights that model internal and external data to deliver valuable action for the business, you'll work end to end on projects from shaping briefs to analysing what's been delivered and what it's achieved. You will gain a strong grounding in the core aspects of business and management, understand the environment and the context surrounding the business' operations.
Upon successful completion of your apprenticeship, you'll achieve a BA honors degree in Business Management, complemented by accreditation from the Chartered Manager Institute (CMI).

Job DescriptionInsights That Enable Action
Provide our sales & trade marketing teams with regular, actionable insights to enable them to tailor customer presentations, strengthen customer conversations and enable activations in On Premise outlets.
Reporting & Data Analysis
Support the production of regular insight reports and dashboards by collecting, cleaning and analysing data from multiple sources to identify trends, performance gaps & opportunities.
Insight Agency Management
Take the lead on strategic briefs and work with key industry insight agencies. Effective agency management, ensuring research and insight delivery is aligned to briefs.
Course Details
This is a list of the main duties or tasks that the post holder will be expected to be competent in upon completion of the L6 Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship.
Learn how to support the development of organisational strategies and plans.
Understand how a project moves through planning, design, development, deployment and evaluation.
Learn how to plan, organise and manage resources in order to achieve organisational goalsLearn how to manage budgets, controlling expenditure and production of financial reports.
Understand approaches to innovation and digital technologies and their impact on our organisation, and how their application can be used for organisational improvement and development.
Learn to build teams, empower and motivate others to improve performance or achieve outcomes.
Learn to build rapport and trust, develop networks and maintain relationships with people from a range of cultures, backgrounds and levels.
Use evidence-based tools and ethical approaches to undertake problem solving and critical analysis, synthesis and evaluation to support decision making.
Drive to achieve in all aspects of work.
Be flexible to the needs of the organisation.
Commitment to ongoing self-development and training including ability and willingness to commit to completion the Chartered Manager Degree Apprenticeship L6. This may require attending off site training.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong time management skills.

3 or More A-Levels (Or equivalent) at Grade C or Above.
As you will be receiving a degree at the end of the course, you must not already have a degree to apply.
