Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Advisor located in Papworth Everard at A.G Motors Ltd. The Service Advisor will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, booking appointments, processing transactions and maintaining records, managing inventory of car parts and preparing them for repairs, providing estimates and answering queries of customers.
Experience
- Prior experience in an automotive service center or relevant customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex repair issues to nontechnical customers.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage time effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic equipment and diagnostic software.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling paperwork and records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets efficiently
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
Pay can be negotiable, depending on experience.
Hours are:
Monday - Friday: 8am - 6pm
1 in 4 Saturdays: 8am - 1pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
