OverviewWe are currently recruiting for Warehouse Team Leader (Nights), to join our busy and evolving warehouse team in our 2-person Home Delivery Network.As a Warehouse Team Leader your responsibilities will include undertaking the day-to-day warehouse tasks ensuring all targets are met and the highest standards of H&S, quality, accuracy, and hygiene are maintained to ensure our customers' expectations are achieved.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and pride ourselves on our social value commitments and our strategy to providing a diverse and inclusive workforce. Our people are what make us greatSalary: £30, Night Allowance £2880 per annum)Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7 days (Nights 22:00 - 06:00)How will you contribute?Provide support to the Warehouse Management Team to ensure a consistent, smooth and efficient warehouse operation.Develop a motivated team through encouragement of open and proactive communication.Management of a team including absence and performance monitoring.Ensure company procedures are adhered to and changes are effectively communicated and implemented.To be responsible for all health and safety aspects and ensure safe systems of work are adhered to at all times.Assist Warehouse Shift Managers in achieving agreed budgetary and service levels.Ensure maximum use of resources in a cost-effective manner.To contribute towards the improvement of processes and methods of onsite practices.To undertake such duties as may be reasonably required for the effective operation of the warehouse function.
