Your Opportunity, Your Team

  • We are looking for a Social Commerce Specialist supporting QVCUK. You will help drive our Gen X Customer-focused engagement strategy across Tik Tok, YouTube, Meta and beyond.

Where You'll Work

  • This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Chiswick Park, West London. 2 days per week.

What You'll Do

  • You will implement and execute a dynamic social media engagement strategy focused on Gen X customers across TikTok, YouTube, and Meta, with plans to expand to new live social shopping platforms.
  • You will be the primary contact for affiliate content creators on TikTok Shop, taking ownership for delivering 70% of TTS revenue in 2026, with guidance from the Senior Social Commerce Specialist.
  • You will be the main coordinator for external influencer relationships, managing bookings, nurturing partnerships, and driving effectiveness across Meta, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • You'll create proactive engagement strategies to positively influence platform algorithms, support our talent and partners, and boost QVC UK's market presence.
  • You will monitor the broader social commerce landscape, providing insights and recommendations, engaging in company-approved interactions with competitors, and identifying new opportunities for live social shopping.

What You'll Bring

  • You'll have experience with social media management, influencer marketing, or social commerce, within retail, e-commerce, or media.
  • You have experience with TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, with a track record of building and nurturing creator and influencer relationships.
  • you are creative, proactive, and results-driven, with the ability to devise and execute strategies that deliver measurable impact.
  • you will have an eye for trends and emerging platforms, with the agility to adapt and innovate in a fast-paced environment.
