Maintenance Administrator – Exempt Supported Housing
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Job Type: Full time 35 hours a week (Self-Employed )
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised Maintenance Administrator to join our team supporting exempt supported housing services. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of our office and supporting staff who work directly with vulnerable individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative.
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Prepare reports, letters, and documentation
- Ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding policies
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative role (housing or social care experience is a plus)
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding principles
