Job Title: SENIOR BLOCK MANAGER – Block Management

Location: Bognor Regis, PO21

Salary:  £40k per annum

Position: Permanent, Full-Time

We're recruiting on behalf of a respected property services provider for a Block Property Manager to join their team based in the Bognor Regis area.

This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in residential block or estate management who is confident managing buildings, coordinating maintenance, and liaising with landlords and tenants.

The role offers a dynamic, client-facing position where your communication and organisational skills will be essential to ensuring excellent service delivery across a portfolio of residential properties. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of residential blocks
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant property management regulations
  • Acting as the first point of contact for tenants and landlords
  • Coordinating maintenance and repair works with contractors
  • Preparing and managing budgets and financial reports
  • Conducting regular inspections to maintain property standards
  • Supporting tenant retention through effective communication and service 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

  • Previous experience in block or estate management preferred
  • Strong administrative and organisational abilities
  • Confident communicator with excellent phone and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of property management systems (Yardi experience a plus)
  • Team player with a proactive and service-led attitude
