Position: Multi-Sports Coach & Astro Pitch Support Assistant

Are you energetic, great with people, and looking for a fun, active role where you can make a difference? We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Sports Coach & Astro Pitch Support Assistant to join our vibrant team at Barrow Park Leisure Centre

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Supporting the evening operation of our Astro Turf pitches, helping ensure sessions run smoothly and safely.
  • Delivering high-energy multi-sports coaching during our popular weekend parties (Friday–Sunday), including activities like bouncy castles, roller skating, and kids' games.
  • Assisting with our year-round multi-sports programme, which expands during school holidays to help children stay active and have fun through games and exercise.

  • Organised and reliable, with a "can-do" attitude.
  • Passionate about working with children and creating memorable experiences.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

  • Experience working with children of all ages.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A background in coaching, youth work, or physical activity programmes.
  • Comfortable working in a goal-driven environment.
