We're seeking a full-time Event Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll take the lead in planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events—from corporate conferences to private celebrations—ensuring every detail runs smoothly and exceeds client expectations. You'll be the go-to person for clients, vendors, and internal teams, driving projects forward with your organisational skills, problem-solving abilities, and flair for delivering exceptional experiences.

The Role
As our Event Manager, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of events – from initial planning to on-the-day management. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Planning, coordinating, and executing events of varying sizes.
- Managing budgets, timelines, and logistics.
- Leading on-site teams and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Building strong client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and accessibility standards.
Hours, Shifts, and Working Environment
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Shifts: Flexibility required; may include evenings and weekends.
- Environment: Fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative. Work includes both office-based planning and on-site event delivery.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience as an Event Manager or similar role.
- Strong project management, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Knowledge of event technology, vendor management, and budgeting.
- Relevant qualifications in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
