The Cafe-Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high-quality dining experience

Duties include leading the front-of-house team, managing staffing and service standards, overseeing operations, maintaining food presentation and cleanliness, managing recruitment and staffing levels, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and handling budgeting and financial reporting

Requirements include proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, strong leadership and communication skills, a proactive approach, knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety regulations, financial awareness, and relevant qualifications in hospitality or food safety
