Healthcare Assistant - Twilight Shift

Join our team at Blythe Rose Care Home as a Healthcare Assistant dedicated to providing exceptional care to our residents in need. We are seeking compassionate individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care in a home-like environment. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting residents and promoting their well-being.

Responsibilities:

- Provide personalized care and assistance to residents in accordance with individual care plans.

- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.

- Create a warm and welcoming environment for residents, promoting independence and dignity.

- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and any changes in residents' conditions.

- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the highest level of care is delivered.

- Engage with residents in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life.

- Support residents with mobility and transfers as needed.

- Contribute to the cleanliness and organization of the care setting.

Skills:

- Experience in home care or care home settings is preferred.

- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.

- Valid driver's license may be required for certain roles.

- Ability to follow care plans and adapt to changing needs.

- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes.

- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with residents and colleagues.
