Events play a pivotal role in driving One Identity brand presence, market engagement, and internal culture. The North America and Latin America Field Events Manager will design and deliver high-impact experiences that generate pipeline, elevate our brand in key markets, and bring our go-to-market strategy to life. This role requires someone who thrives under pressure, seamlessly manages multiple moving parts, and adapts quickly to last-minute changes—all while maintaining a strong grasp of our brand identity and strategic objectives.

Objectives of the Role

· Increase brand visibility and product awareness through standout large field events

· Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and sponsors

· Generate new business opportunities and pipeline contribution

· Ensure all events align with corporate messaging and GTM strategy

· Drive cross-functional participation and engagement across the organization

Responsibilities

-Lead large field marketing planning and execution for North America and Latin America

-Manage event strategy, execution, and post-event follow-up to ensure pipeline creation

-Design and deliver high-quality internal and external events

-Maintain events within budget and timelines while maximizing ROI

-Identify and secure sponsors, partners, and strategic collaborators

-Promote events across multiple marketing channels to boost attendance

-Track and report on event performance, spend, and key metrics

-Ensure flawless on-site execution and a memorable attendee experience

Qualifications

-Excellent organizational and project management skills

-Proven ability to work independently with a self-starter mindset

-Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

-Experience coordinating complex projects with multiple stakeholders

-Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building abilities

-Demonstrated experience managing and adhering to budgets

Preferred Qualifications

-Proficiency in English and Spanish

-Experience with event management and marketing automation tools

-Creative approach to designing impactful internal and external events

-Strong understanding of attendee needs and engagement strategies

-Ability to delegate, coordinate, and motivate event teams

-Skilled in vendor negotiation and management

-Awareness of current event trends and industry best practices

Travel Requirements

-30–40% (Primarily North America)
