The Role

Were looking for dynamic floor staff to join the Rudi team – confident hosts who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy setting and understand the balance between elegance and fun.

As part of Rudi's next chapter, you'll play a key role in shaping the guest experience, from table service and atmosphere management to making every guest feel part of something special.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver warm, engaging service with personality and professionalism
  • Manage guest flow and reservations with awareness of mood and capacity
  • Work closely with the bar and door teams to maintain smooth operations
  • Anticipate guest needs and support upselling of cocktails, bottles and experiences
  • Maintain a high standard of presentation across all service areas
  • Contribute creative ideas to team themes, playlists or visual touches
  • Help bring Rudi's brand vision to life through consistency and attitude

About You

  • 1+ year experience in high-end bar, lounge or restaurant service
  • Passionate about hospitality and guest experience
  • Comfortable working in a late-night, fast-paced environment
  • Team-focused with strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented - you notice the lighting, the sound, the energy
  • Confident but humble, professional but playful

(Barback, server, or host experience is ideal – but the right energy and attitude matter most.)
