- Maintain records within Otis's systems such as Microsoft CRM system.
- Monitor and report on customer portals where required.
- Support local team with administration of all aspect of maintenance contracts.
- Support the local sales team on tenders for new and renegotiated contracts
- Provide all aspects of general support with a focus on sales, however at certain times there may be a requirement to cover other support activities across the London Operating Territory.
What You Will Need to be Successful:
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Have strong administration skills, ideally from a construction or service industry environment
- Have good planning, problem solving and communication skills
