As a Senior Engineer, you'll lead the development of high-performance door systems and mechanisms—from hinges to seals to sliding doors—built to last longer and work harder than anything on the road.
This is your chance to own the technical and commercial delivery of parts that are durable , reliable , and maximise customer experience.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Lead design and development of closures systems (horizontal/vertical doors, hinges, seals, etc.)
- Own the full lifecycle: concept, design, verification, release, and launch into production
- Collaborate across engineering, design, manufacturing, and supplier teams
- Apply engineering excellence to solve problems and drive product quality
- Support the growth of technical maturity in our closures team
Qualifications
What You Bring
- Engineering degree (or equivalent closures systems experience)
- Proven D&R delivery across GPDS milestones
- Demonstrated capability in Quality Methods, APQP and PPAP processes
- Expert in PLM and Product Visualisation tools
- Confident communicator across global cross functional teams
- Passion for mechanical design, problem-solving, and making things better
