As a Senior Engineer, you’ll lead the development of high-performance door systems and mechanisms—from hinges to seals to sliding doors—built to last longer and work harder than anything on the road.
This is your chance to own the technical and commercial delivery of parts that are durable , reliable , and maximise customer experience.
Own the full lifecycle: concept, design, verification, release, and launch into production
Collaborate across engineering, design, manufacturing, and supplier teams
Apply engineering excellence to solve problems and drive product quality
Engineering degree (or equivalent closures systems experience)
Demonstrated capability in Quality Methods, APQP and PPAP processes
Passion for mechanical design, problem-solving, and making things better
