lead the global Group Reporting function
, overseeing complex multi-currency consolidations and driving reporting excellence across the business. With
broad exposure to senior leadership
, this position plays a crucial role in shaping financial insight, influencing business decisions, and leading transformation across group finance.

clear progression into a Group Financial Controller role
and long-term potential for future leadership within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the
    multi-currency group consolidation
    , ensuring accuracy and insight
  • Drive
    finance transformation
    initiatives across Group Finance
  • Lead and develop a
    global team of 3 accountants
  • Prepare and present
    board packs
    for executive leadership and investors
  • Provide strategic guidance on complex technical accounting issues including:
  • Revenue recognition
  • Purchase price accounting and business acquisitions
  • Intangible asset impairment and other valuations
  • Business partner with
    Corporate Development, FP&A, and Technical Accounting teams

Requirements:

  • ACA/CA qualified through Audit from a Top Accountancy practice,
    with then post qualified experience in a Group function.
    This requirement is non-negotiable.
  • Proven experience in
    Group Reporting
    and
    multi-entity consolidation
  • Exceptional technical knowledge of
    IFRS
  • Strong leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of engaging senior stakeholders
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities
