The business continues to expand organically and through acquisition, offering a dynamic and supportive environment with excellent career development potential.The RoleReporting to the Group Financial Controller, this broad and high-profile role will manage the Group’s accounting, tax and treasury activities. It offers exposure to the Executive team and senior divisional finance leaders across the Group, combining technical reporting, controls oversight, and strategic financial input.Key responsibilities include:Preparation of Group and statutory accounts under IFRSOversight of tax compliance, group tax provisions, and VATTreasury reporting, including cashflow, FX and refinancing supportContinuous improvement of internal controls and divisional complianceSupporting M&A, technical accounting and audit processesThe CandidateQualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CTA or equivalent) or strong track record in senior tax and accounting rolesExcellent understanding of IFRS, group reporting and tax principlesExperience in a PLC or fast-paced, PE-backed environmentStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsHands-on, proactive and confident working in a multi-site, international structureThis is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong finance professional looking to broaden their remit across tax, treasury and financial control in a successful, growing group.
