My client is an award-winning agency that specialises in FMCG, Engineering, Construction, Meat Processing, Food Manufacturing. They are expanding their Construction and FMCG Divisions and are looking for Recruitment Lead Generators based in their state-of-the-art HQ offices in Nottingham.  Over the past few years my Client has seen some record-breaking growth and is now looking for like minded, motivated and high-achieving individuals to develop careers within their business.  The company is a forward thinking; modern company with their ethos being placed in the wellbeing of our staff.

My client is looking for Recruitment Lead Generators within their Construction and FMCG Divisions, who are seeking an exciting career within the recruitment industry. You will need to be motivated and determined to join an already successful team.  Previous experience within a similar resourcing or lead generation position would be highly advantageous however not essential.  Successful candidates must be required to demonstrate the following:

The main responsibilities of the lead generator will be to set up appointments and find potential

clients for the sales team. You would be the first step in the prospecting process, and the sales teams rely on your persuasive abilities and creative methods of finding potential clients.
