Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the culinary and hospitality sectors, with a proven track record of managing teams and ensuring exceptional service delivery. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive operational excellence while fostering a positive work environment.

Duties

  • Oversee daily operations of the venue, ensuring high standards of safety and quality are maintained.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage supply orders to ensure adequate stock for drink production.
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, encouraging collaboration among staff to achieve common goals.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction is prioritised.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff on cocktail techniques, hospitality skills, and safety practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special events and menu offerings.

Experience

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the culinary or hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
  • Experience in bartending or managing bar operations is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
