Duties

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
  • Ensuring the overall day to day smooth running of the office for the staff
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records
  • Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents
  • Utilise Microsoft Office applications for creating reports, presentations, and spreadsheets
  • Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and digital documents
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure all administrative functions are completed effectively

Skills

  • Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative processes
  • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good typing skills
  • Experience in data entry and maintaining detailed records
  • Knowledge of Construction is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong clerical experience with attention to detail in all tasks undertaken
  • Works well with a team in an office environment
