Do you love creating experiences that inspire and connect people?
This is a great job for someone who thrives on innovation and wants to make a real impact. If you're ready to shape events that bring our strategy to life and put sustainability at the heart of everything we do, this could be your next big move.

A bit about the job:

You'll help shape and deliver company-wide events that reflect our strategy and sustainability goals. Working closely with teams across the business and trusted suppliers, you'll make sure every event runs smoothly, stays on budget, and feels fresh and impactful. From planning to execution, you'll play a key role in creating experiences that inspire colleagues and partners while supporting our net zero ambitions.

The dynamic nature of events means you'll be hands-on during event days, which can involve long hours, travel and some weekend work. In return, we offer the autonomy to manage your own schedule to get the job done, ensuring you have the flexibility needed to succeed in this role.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in planning and delivering events in a high-profile environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure
  • A customer-first mindset and collaborative approach alongside strong stakeholder management experience
  • Creative thinker who looks for new ways to improve and innovate
  • Solid understanding of business strategy and how events can bring it to life
