Finelight Group
is a dynamic, fast-growing company specialising in strategic mergers and acquisitions across a diverse portfolio of businesses. As we continue to scale, our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) requires exceptional support to stay focused on strategic priorities.
We're looking for an experienced Executive Assistant with strong corporate experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This part-time (based in the Greater Norwich area) involves providing high-level administrative and executive support to the Senior Leadership Team. You'll manage communications, coordinate meetings and travel, handle expense reporting, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate combines exceptional organisational skills, professional polish, and discretion — and enjoys being the reliable "right hand" to senior executives.
What You'll Do
- Manage complex diaries, meetings, and international travel for the SLT.
- Coordinate Board meetings, offsites, and corporate events.
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and track post-meeting actions.
- Handle confidential correspondence and maintain a well-organised filing system.
- Process expenses and support operational administration across the Group.
- Provide high-quality, proactive support to the SLT.
What You'll Bring
- Proven PA, EA, or Executive Assistant experience supporting senior executives.
- Strong corporate background — ideally in a fast-moving business environment.
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
- High proficiency in Microsoft 365, Teams, and cloud-based tools (e.g. Notion, Asana).
- Professional discretion and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
Why Join Us?
You'll be part of a forward-thinking organisation at the heart of exciting M&A activity. The role offers flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to work closely with a driven, supportive leadership team.
