Marketing Co-ordinator

Location: Bury, Greater Manchester

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Reports to: Marketing Manager

This is an exciting newly created role for a commercially minded and detail-oriented Marketing Co-ordinator to join our fast-paced and growing artisan food group, Panicium, including The Bury Black Pudding Company, Margaret Hall and Binghams Food.

The successful candidate will be creative and proactive person who relishes the opportunity to to join our team and support the delivery of engaging campaigns that celebrate our individual brand stories.

The Role

You'll play a hands-on role in developing and executing marketing activity across all channels. From social media content and design work to analysing competitor trends, you'll be a key part of bringing our marketing strategy to life.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management:

  • Plan, create, and schedule posts across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn and TikTok)
  • Respond to comments and engage with our community in a friendly, authentic way
  • Source and manage influencer and brand collaborations across socials

Content Creation:

  • Capture and edit short-form video content (e.g. TikTok and Reels) that reflects our brand personality
  • Write engaging copy for posts, newsletters, and campaigns
  • Assist with photography and filming for marketing materials and recipes

Design & Creative:

  • Create visual assets for digital and print (social graphics, website banners, email headers, POS, etc.)
  • Adobe Creative Suite or Canva - both would be a strong advantage

Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Track competitor activity, promotions and social engagement
  • Report on key trends, consumer insights and opportunities for innovation

Campaign Support:

  • Assist with planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events
  • Coordinate with external partners, agencies and suppliers where required
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints

Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a marketing or content creation role
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels)
  • Confident using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva
  • Knowledge of WordPress (preferred, not essential)
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Highly organised with great attention to detail
  • Passion for food and creative storytelling
  • A CIM accredited or HND/HNC in Marketing qualification required
