Oxford, Oxfordshire, United Kingdom University of Oxford Full time

Applications are invited for a Health Economics researcher to join a team led by Associate Professor Koen Pouwels. This research programme focuses on evaluating the cost-effectiveness of infectious disease interventions, including evidence synthesis on the effectiveness and use of different interventions and antibiotics across a range of infections. You will join an expanding group of infectious disease modellers and health economists based at the University of Oxford's Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences (NDPCHS).

The successful candidate will hold an MSc in health economics, statistics, or a related quantitative discipline and have strong analytical and coding skills. Experience in evidence synthesis, economic evaluation, or infectious disease research would be an advantage.

You will be based in the Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Sciences, Radcliffe Primary Care Building, Woodstock Road, Oxford, OX2 6GG as your normal place of work but you will be able to agree a pattern of regular remote working with your line manager.

The position is full-time, with part-time arrangements also considered. It is fixed-term for one year or until 31 March 2027, whichever is earlier.
